Apple Siri AI Supported Devices: Full Compatibility List

At WWDC 2026, Apple announced that all Apple Intelligence supported devices will also support the latest Siri AI. However, the on-device AI models, which include features like offline dictation and the new Siri voice, are only supported through a powerful model that runs locally.

This requires an iPhone with 12GB of RAM, so currently only the latest and limited devices are supported.

So if you are wondering whether your device supports the latest Siri AI and the on-device performance model, this post is for you.

* Siri AI matches Apple Intelligence support, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later (A17 Pro, A18, or A19 chips with at least 8GB of RAM). The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus, along with older iPhones, are not supported. The most powerful on-device model is an extra tier that also needs 12GB of RAM. Some Siri AI features depend on Private Cloud Compute and may roll out gradually by region.
